Babak Poorebrahim Gilkalaye

Babak received his bachelor’s degree from Sharif University of Technology and he got his master’s degree from RWTH Aachen University then he came to the United States to pursue his interdisciplinary Ph.D. studies in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Mathematics at UMKC, and He obtained a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UMKC. Babak utilizes his mathematical and machine learning backgrounds to create novel and optimized secure protocols such as Secure Multi-Party Computation,  Homomorphic Encryption to perform inference and train on private data. Babak enjoys sleeping the most, besides sleeping he likes computer games, soccer, and playing guitar.
